Returns
If you have a problem with a purchase you can return the product to us. The first step is to send us an email to info@puntatacco.it by writing in the subject "request to return the item purchased from your ecommerce".
In the email indicate: Name and Surname, date of purchase and reason for the return (goods not liked, goods to be replaced for incorrect size, defective goods, etc.)
The request must be made within 7 days of purchase and we will reply by e-mail within 3 working days with the return instructions.
Products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not reimburse damaged products due to insufficient packaging. Please use an external protective box to prevent damage during transport. The return must first be approved.
Transport costs are borne by the buyer unless it is an item other than the one ordered or arrived broken / defective, where the transport costs will be borne by us.
